More than half of U.S. voters say former President Trump should face criminal charges for his role in the Jan. 6, 2021, attack on the U.S. Capitol, according to a new Harvard CAPS-Harris poll released exclusively to The Hill on Monday.
Just a couple weeks after the last public hearing of the summer from the House select committee probing the Jan. 6 attack, voters are split on how the country should move on from the attempted insurrection and how much Trump should be held responsible.
